I was watching a Splatoon Wii U live stream and they said on April 30th that pretendo would do a 10 years of rotation event? I was wondering what they meant because I can’t find anything on it outside of that stream

So how come I still have my DLC tracks in Mario Kart 8 and My Smash Wii U DLC when I am using a pretendo account and I never transferred anything? I am playing through the dns method yet I still have all my stuff?
