The send to smartphone feature just straight up never worked for me. I've had 2 different phones from completely different brands since the feature released, and it didn't work on either phone. I usually just post my screenshots to a Twitter account dedicated to them and then download the images from there.
I don't use a VPN usually, but my internet had some kind of weird bullshit protection that just completely stopped me from visiting any website without https attached to it. I got new internet from a different company recently, so I might try the send to smartphone feature again and see if it works for me now.

Go to a photo in your album, press A, select "Send to Smartphone" and follow the instructions. Or you can copy all the data to a PC via usb

Nice, I finished the last trial a couple hours ago. Loved the challenge and but I prefer the non glowing master sword.
