I printed a whole Mandalorian helm in peices last week without issue.
Now this week I swapped from ESun to this cheaper IID MAX beaches in doing a ton of large prints that are going to get a lot of sanding painting anyway.
First layer problems where the nozzle hits the first layer and pulls it up I solved this by increasing my Z hight but this has caused the edges of large prints (especially supports) to just completely fail on first or second layer.
Sometimes it does both fine but the farther from the center of my print bed they will have bad adhesion and mess up 2-5 layers later.
Second issue is prints warping on corners if the first layer actually holds.
In the picture you can see how as the print head moves farther from the center the gaps start to appear.
I have BL touch and it runs a level on the start of every print thanks to prusa. shouldn't the printer compensate for any bed leveling issues?
I changed to a new nozzle and dried my filament but it's still unable to handle any prints that start at the edge of my print bed.. and that's pretty much all my prints right now
Would calibrating Esteps be a solution? It's the only thing I haven't tried at this point but I don't see why that would be the issue if all I did was change filaments.
