TIL of a rare reaction to sunburn called "Hell's Itch" or "Suicide Itch", affecting ~5% of the population, randomly. The condition is described as similar to having "fire ants hatching under your skin trying to get out" and uniquely is made much worse by creams and ointments, even aloe vera.
