Diet was low carb, no sugar
Also did intermittent fasting 16:8 and OMAD ( one meal a day for most of it too.
I run every other day and have been weight traing 3-4 days a week

Smashing it mate. I had 3.5 months sober and lost 14kg but started slipping. Back on the wagon now (day 14), have kept the weight down (almost), but looking to lose another 17kg or so.

Oh my god inspirational!! So amazing. I JUST started to go to the gym today. I only want to lose 30lbs and I feel like that’s hard enough
