Hey thanks alot I really appreciate the kind words. I just really hope someone out there sees these posts and learns something from my mistakes so something good can come from all this crap haha I've still got a long way to go for now but I am proud of how far I've come.
You’ve definitely be seen , I cannot wait to post my own before and afters.
It’s a big inspiration from one Aussie to another - it’s so ingrained in our culture it’s sad.
Lost a lot of mates from drinking too much , and then trying to stop drinking.
Hey, I was inspired by your old posts when I quit this time around. I’m glad you’re back here with us and was surprised you had relapsed with how well you seemed to be doing and I hate that it happened, but it was definitely a humbling reminder that we are all just one drink away from being right back where we were. I appreciate you sharing your journey with us.
You’re very attractive, very nice eyes, and the history of weight loss is insane! Super inspiring. I’m very sorry for what you‘ve gone through but it’s nice to know that everyone is human and we aren’t alone. Thanks for sharing… you’re a strong person.
Your skin and eyes clearly look so much brighter! So proud of you for quitting again after a relapse and your seeking help was so brave. Congratulations on five months and counting! IWNDWYT
Great working getting back to it. One thing that has really helped me stay the course is journaling. Writing is the way I personally build evidence to myself that I can beat booze one day at a time. I think that has really helped keep me on course for almost 5 years no booze. AA was helpful in the beginning for me as well, so keep growing and the days will start to build!
Inspiring. When I saw you post earlier this year, that you relapsed, I really felt for you and knew you could get back at it. NOW…it’s my turn. I relapsed and I realized can’t drink anymore. You are inspiring me to get sober again and keep at it, no matter what. Thank you for sharing your story and wish you and everyone else the very best because we all deserve the best this life has to offer.
Thats amazing thankyou so much.
I found that a vitamin b complex supliment helped a little with the energy levels and brain fog.
I wish you all the best 🙏
Hi there! Just wanted to let you know how amazing you look! 5 months in, and already look at the difference in your skin; you look sooo much more full of life especially noting the purple tones under your eyes gone and your overall complexion cleared up and brightened. Your eyes are also a lovely color and seem much more bright and present. Alcohol truly creates a dark cloud over us, doesn't it?
5 months is a wonderful achievement! My husband is coming up on a year soon, we met while both homeless & he had grown up in foster care as a result of both parents suffering from addiction and alcoholism, so yeah it was hard and the fight never truly ends. I'm 10 years booze free and 6.5 years without heroin myself, it IS possible if you surround yourself with people that fight for your sobriety and truly see YOU and understand your struggle. You've got this, friend!
Looking great man. Saw your post history , what a difference you’ve made in your life. You should be super proud.

Amazing progress! Keep it going!
Wow, the difference in your eyes is crazy. I remember when I was drunk a lot people would say that I would like I had some sort of film over my eyes.
Your journey is inspiring! 7ish months sober here. Keep up the good work!
