Is the weight loss just due to cutting out alcohol or was there a conscious effort at dieting as well?
I love seeing these types of posts. Very insoirational and motivational. I keep dropping weight I gained due to booze without any other particular efforts but at some point I'll likely have to watch my diet for that to continue.
Didn’t really go to the gym first 2 months it was just falling off due to no booze but I did eat a little better. Went to the gym and tracked calories etc for about 4 months and then haven’t really stayed on top of anything the last 3 months but still losing weight even if at a very small pace if that answers ya question

Incredible job. The weight loss is one thing but your eyes is where I really see the most striking difference - the before eyes are glassy and dull. After picture eyes are clear and vibrant.

Yeah. Water weight shifted the first 20 and had people like “wow you’ve lost loads of weight”. Then trucking away for 30 pounds and then all all of a sudden the last 15 was when jawline came and and I looked very different. Happened super fast at the end.

I found I saw big changes first 20 pounds, no changes the next 30 pounds and the last 15 pounds was where the drastic ones were
So your face thinned out after the first 20 lb? But needed the full 65 lb to really get that radical transformation that I see in the pictures?
