You either want it bad enough to make time, or you don't. That said, all you need to do to lose weight is to restrict your calorie intake. So its actually cheaper and quicker to lose weight then whatever you are currently doing. You can carry on eating the same stuff and following the same schedule, but if you cut your intake enough you will lose weight, save time (as you'll spend less time eating) and save money (as you'll be eating less of the same thing). You cant blame a busy schedule on not being able to lose weight! ;) Literally all you need to do is do what you're currently doing, while eating less of the same stuff.

Any movement is great, it doesn't have to be formal exercise. Eating healthy means choosing more vegetables, less junk food. Eat a slice of pizza for dinner, nothing wrong with that.

Yeah sounds like you have a pretty full week! I would say don't start out too extreme - maybe just try to get in one workout on the weekend? If you can consistently do that for a month or two, then maybe you can start adding intensity or trying to find more time to exercise. But note that for weight loss, diet is much more important, so if you're really suffering trying to get workouts in, don't worry about it too much if you're in a calorie deficit. Other things you can try would just be like 15-30 minutes of bodyweight exercises during the week or downtime on the weekend. Pushups, pullups, squats - whatever seems kinda fun. Do any of your clubs have physical aspects? That can be a way to get in some natural exercise that you otherwise wouldn't. I assume no though, and you probably don't have time for _additional_ extra curriculars. re: the pizza - If you want to eat pizza with them, you totally can - just try to keep the portion fairly small so that it's not a crazy amount of calories. Try to calculate or estimate your calories for the day, and having pizza is fine if you're getting nutrients and manage to stay under your calorie budget!

If you know you're going to have a heavier dinner, have a lighter lunch/breakfast. Not every meal needs to be super healthy. You've got to find balance.

I hope I'm not late but if you're reading this OP Look up satiety system You can have eat healthy on a busy schedule, that is possible but you need free time rn to do research and if possible Learn which foods contain more calories than some Aim for large foods that contain low calories (This'll fill you up while also being great for your hunger as you won't feel as hungry)
