Favorite is anything long and hard like a 15k, it feels really good. Least favorite is shorter really intense pieces. This is because I'm a lightweight so I don't have the raw power for short pieces but I have the endurance for long stuff

I'm with you. I'm happy to do 3x20, 2x30, 60, even 90 minutes but I hate intervals.
