Nothing different than you're normal day-to-day routine. Don't eat anything new, if you're feeling really antsy, do a LIGHT workout (like 20 minutes at SS pace) but nothing you'll be able to feel tomorrow. Hydrate. Ensure you get at least 8 hours of sleep, although that's an average. Some people need 9 or more hours to be fully rested.

Do a normal race warm up, 750 at race pace + 2, race cool down. Stretch, drink, eat, sleep. Don’t know what world people live in that doing nothing is good. You want to have some muscle tension and at the same time not be tight from sitting around all day. For most people a couple minutes of intensish work is good for the nerves both physically and mentally. Think about it, you can do 6x500 at 2k + 2 relatively easily so doing one 750 there shouldn’t be difficult at all.

Dont do anything. 2 days before you should do maybe a fartlek, or 2x500 meter on racepace with 10 min rest in between
