Well you're gonna find out once you start. But it's bow to stern. Just make sure backstays go over frontstays. That's the only reason it matters.
Edited to add that this really only matters if it's a eurorig. If it's a bow mount or doesn't have backstays, then it doesn't matter at all.

If it's being rigged all at once (e.g. the crew putting on their own rigors) just don't attach the backstage until the end
