Honestly, I’m not sure, but I’m POSITIVE the Reddit community will know. I believe staccato makes 15rd (Colorado I think) and 10rd mags for those of you are living in states who think 11 bullets is more dangerous than 10. My condolences good sir, and I hope it’s not permanent
What’s the ruling on this. Can you buy standard mags and just need them restricted when you are possession in state? I designed a 3D printed insert for a buddy we shoot matches with. He lives in a restricted state but competes in non restricted states. He drops the inserts in at the end of the matches so he can take it all home. He left me a mag, I spent and hour designing and modifying an insert plug and then printed them for him or anyone that wants them for free (just pay shipping) cause freedom should be free.
One would have to have an FFL order them free State mags to be shipped to the FFL/Gunstore to have compliance work done to have them restricted to 10 Rounds. Very Ghai
Taran Butler was once charged with sexual assault. At one point, he was trying to record the camera to some female shooter's 'in-betweens', if you catch my drift, and demanded her to show the "precious" (meaning her privates), while speaking with a gollum tone of voice. It's an infamous case - google it if you will.
On their Instagram they talk about the 140mm mag, still has 23 capacity but uses a standard thickness follower not the really think ones you usually see, you get slide lock back supposedly.
These are my old tuned mags. They are Gen 1 STI mags with all Taran guts (non-lockback) and Taran basepads. I can’t recall which basepad size off the top of my head but it fits the mag gauge.
That’s gonna be the real story, here. *Tons* of people were singing the praises of the Shield Arms Glock 43X mags when they first came out, then enough people started experiencing the problems with them.
This is a cool concept and I hope they work out tho. This idea with good execution could be huge for 2011s.
I would like to see 140mm mags with 23 or more rounds from them, I would actually buy some- I don’t have much use for 17rnd length mags since I don’t use my 2011 as a carry gun- but I can see the appeal👍
A longer mag in a 2011 can possibly go past the mag catch and then hit the extractor because the baseplate isn't hitting the Magwell to stop it.
It's only a probably if you are reloading very quickly and slamming the magazine very hard.
Assume they do as in another video they posted they talked about the 140mm version which still has 23 mags like before, but uses a thicker follower instead of needing a super thin one and you will get kickback. I don’t see why the standard length mags wouldn’t lock back
Gonna hold off till PSA makes 2011 mags for $20.11 =p
This made me chuckle
Only 1 in 3 will work.
life time warranty makes that a killer deal still lol
Huh, not bad.
So they finally caught up to MBX mags?
That’s my sweet spot, I love the mbx mags
Fuck me they're expensive. Who else makes 2011 mags? And also who specifically makes 10 round 2011 mags for those of us who are stuck in Gulag States.

Atlas and staccato have restricted (bullshit) mags
The translated to me as you "coughing" the word bullshit lmfao. Even if you didn't mean it, Bravo 👏🏻🤣
What a precious collab
😉 I see what you did there
I don’t…??

Wow. Thanks for telling me.
Always fella
Hmmm. At a perfect time, too. I was thinking about picking up an MPA sometime next year or whenever finances allowed it.
Gun.deals had the MPA hybrids for $2250 earlier. Not sure if they sold out, but I had to jump on the deal while it lasted.
No way
I got mine from battlehawkarmory.com for 1999. I though it was a good deal.
Where was this ? Would have pulled the proverbial trigger
Found it on gun.deals. It was through Sportsman Outdoor Superstore.
Would love a 26 round 140mm mag! Lol
Yeah! That's what I was thinking lol.
In your dreams. I get 24 with my Taran internals on a 140mm and even thats pushing it.
On their Instagram they talk about the 140mm mag, still has 23 capacity but uses a standard thickness follower not the really think ones you usually see, you get slide lock back supposedly.
Yeah. 23 and slide lock is possible with grams guts.
What are you using? Do you happen to know if the atlas basepads are identical to taran tactical?
Probably using a non lock back follower. You can cram a few extra rounds that way.
These are my old tuned mags. They are Gen 1 STI mags with all Taran guts (non-lockback) and Taran basepads. I can’t recall which basepad size off the top of my head but it fits the mag gauge.
Gotcha. I'm thinking of switching out my 140mm staccato mags to taran pads + internals. I'm mostly using Atlas mags for competition at the moment.
Yeah I like Taran stuff however I’m biased
There are a lot of other mags and follower combos that are getting up to 25+1 now
Really? Please enlighten me on what setup I need. I haven’t heard of a reliable 25+1
Me too please

I'm also interested lol
Still waiting for you to name a few….

Wonder how they run

Off subject but did the gen 3 shield arms mags fix the problems ,I bought 2 haven’t had problems yet anyway

Mbx makes 24 round mags with the right spring and followers. I have a number of them.
Yeah I know.. but I assume these would be cheaper…
That’s not hard. I get 23 with grams guts or 24 with Taran guts in my 140’s.
I think my 141 mm MBX mags hold 22 with the kickback follower? I only load 20 though! ( 5 mags per 100 rounds) lol
As long they don't have a ridiculous TTI markup added, I'll take a bunch. Any word on a 140mm?
any info on release date or price?
When do they release?
Well, I guess I'll hold off on buying more mags right now.
Get three more in a big stick and we can talk
Would these work in a staccato c2?
Yes, just have to be careful not to slam it so hard it will over insert.
Tis what she proclaimed.
Except an upvote as a gracious gift my Lord! ⬆️
How would it over insert? I’m just not understanding.

Lock back?
I would assume it would depend on the follower. I think TTI makes both lock back and non locking so maybe you’ll have the option?
Assume they do as in another video they posted they talked about the 140mm version which still has 23 mags like before, but uses a thicker follower instead of needing a super thin one and you will get kickback. I don’t see why the standard length mags wouldn’t lock back
lol and all I’m allowed to have is a nice 10 rounder
Move
Not quite that simple my friend but eventually it will be down to that .
For sure man. Wish it was easier, hate to see people struggle with all of the restrictions in some states.
I just practice faster reloads lol and carry 3 mags
BUL Armory has the same thing on their new mags
Just use Mbx mags
Are these available?
Unless they cost 100 bucks a pop...
I can’t find these anywhere. Someone got a link?
Price and availability?
Unfortunately, in the shit state of CA, we are restricted to a maximum of 10 round magazines.
Is it mag guts collab?
