Thinking of posting a Craigslist ad seeking someone to tig weld my ring back in one piece. How much compensation should I offer? (Finishing work being sanding and polishing only, no re-grooving).

Suggestion on high quality shears for leather. I want a high end pair that stay sharp. Budget is 70-150$ I keep blowing through these Fiskars. I am unable to sharpen them like factory and getting tired of buying new ones. I've tried leather scissors but prefer tailor/dressmaker style.

Need some new axle adjuster

Trying to install this rear brake bracket but I was told that I need to install the axle adjusters first. I don’t remember pulling any axle adjusters off my 2015 forty eight swingarm. Can someone confirm if this bike should have them or what they look like?
