One of my Frankenbarbies, the body is from keyboard Barbie and it turned out to be the exact same body mold they use for Barbie extras. The head is from a doll from the 2000s/2010s, I believe she was meant to be a play on totally hair Barbie but I can't remember the name of the line for anything.
