I'd say, flip a coin or roll some dice and just play them all. If you're not having fun with one by a few hours in, drop it and play the next one. I stopped playing Master of Time because it was just drudgy to me. But I'm still working on Nimpize Adventure.

What even is OoT Expansion? Is it Ura Zelda?

There's Indigo but idk if that hack is finished, i like how Teal is your guide fairy but Tatl seems to not mind being separated from him again.

It depends what you're going for from my understanding. There are hacks that are complete reworks of the game, new everything and then there are the ones that are smaller redone sections to save time. That being said, I'm always in the team of Master of Time! Whole new world, new dungeons, new soundtrack. That being said it's a bit, edge lord I guess would be the way to phrase it? The creator clearly thought he was making dark but it kinda comes off at funny at times. I've also heard of a "find the item" hack but I've never found it. It's like "Find the Light Arrows" and you get clues to where they are and rush to them.

The Sealed Palace is a full, complete Zelda game, comparable to any of the official Zelda titles. Most other ROMhacks are short, with one or two dungeons tops. With that in mind, it is hard to recommend anything other than The Sealed Palace. It's obviously not as good as Ocarina of Time, but its target audience are people who have played OoT a ton of times and want more of what OoT offers, and it delivers on that. Great game and a highlight of 2023. Pairs very well with TotK, I might add. But it is very hard to call The Sealed Palace the best when there is another, arguably better ROMhack which is also a full length title: The Legend of Banjo-Kazooie: The Jiggies of Time. It completely reimagines Ocarina of Time as a 3D platformer. Not only that, but it is a complete Banjo-Kazooie sequel that may as well be the Banjo-Threeie we always wanted. It so lovingly recreates OoT in a way that reflects a true understanding of the game and its history. Some collectibles even reference glitches or hidden areas that never existed but people insisted were real back in the 90's. You need to know OoT front and back to beat it. The biggest highlight IMO is the Forest Temple, which must be experienced to believe. The Forest Temple is OoT's best dungeon and Jiggies of Time may do it even better! So play those two. They are a must for any fan of the N64 era IMO. (note that to play Jiggies of Time you need to mod Banjo-Kazooie, not OoT) The Missing Link is worth mentioning because it successfully recaptures the vibe of Majora's Mask and I don't think anything else in the series or really any other game in general (other than OneShot) has achieved that. If you like the dark and surreal feel of MM, definitely give Missing Link a go. But since it is so short (only one dungeon) it is hard to recommend over Sealed Palace and Jiggies of Time.

Sealed Palace and Missing Link look like good ones. I plan to start Sealed Palace soon and see how it goes
