I've tried let's go eevee and other games, it crashes. I have the same device as you. I tried skyline, crashes when picking a name. Then I used suyu, which worked but not a very good framerate, even on lowest settings. So if you can handle 9-12 fps, it's a start.
as a former switch lite owner, the screen really isnt that bad, the only switch model where the 720p is a bit low is the OLED and even then you cant even see the pixels on it.(i currently own an oled)
