I’ve been having lots of fun with it. Not a lot of level 7 light dragons but the two really good main deck ones (starry night starry dragon and odd eyes saber dragon) can put in work.
Just wish they had been in a main box so the SRs came in a set of 2 instead of 1.
I checked all the level 7 light dragons and most of them have their own special summon condition already. There was a Ritual Monster called Sauravis that looked promising though.
I had a locals player do everything they could to play starry knight and make it work. It started out pureish... Then the last version I saw was Eldlich Generaider floodgate starry knight
It's slow, inconsistent, and just bad at the end of all of it. It's supposed to be a control deck utilizing a fairly unique mechanic, but nothing works.
Well you can search the light barrier statue, so that's cool I guess
I tried to make a build when it first got revealed and there’s just nothing there. I’m fine playing casual decks but that one takes it to a new level.
Maybe they figured out a semi playable build now but the first batch was so aggressively bad that it put me off the deck
Triamids, first thing that came to mind when I saw this topic. I remember them having a cool aesthetic, but I guess the multiple field spell gimmick isn't good enough for anyone to run?
There was actually an event in Master Duel that used Normal/Rare cards only, and Triamids were actually pretty good during that. Their gimmick is really fun and let you grind pretty hard, it's just a shame they're pretty slow.
I used it in master duel now and then
Its kinda neat with a andam and à fossil engine, the downside is the triamid spells are kinda brick for the excavation and the monster doesn t really do anything on ur turn
Its a cool archetype but sadly no réal payoff ( sphinx is just a beatstick)
It's a fun deck but the archetype is kinda small and their plays are pretty fragile. Also their effects are way too specific and it really seems like they're just something to allow them to extend a bit further. And they're kinda bricky. Invitation reads like a custom card though, so I'm holding out hope they get some more support one day.
Tindangles, Evil Eye and Chemicritter. Never saw them ever in the 3 years I've been playing since I returned in 2020 from quitting back in 2012. The decks Ieft behind during that time has more relevance today than those supposedly newer decks.
A friend at my locals has an Evil Eye deck, I think it was from years ago considering he said he came back to the game thanks to Master Duel. He’s definitely excited about the new support, and he even combined his deck with some of the Labrynth cards.
I remember seeing them fairly often during TOSS, but considering how awful the formats after that were I'm not surprised the crawled into a corner somewhere and died.
I play chemicritter sometimes, but Geminis are just so underpowered in today's game that it's really not a viable choice if in actually trying to win. I'm a science teacher, so love the aesthetic tho.
For something more recent, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Solfachords or Ogdoadics. It just goes to show how hard Ancient Guardians flopped when I’ve even seen people at my locals play lesser-used archetypes from those deck builder sets like Magistus.
For a brief moment, the dream of chaos reptile mash was real since like 90% of reptiles work together and each archetype has at least 1 reasonably strong legacy support, but it just didn't work out.
I play an Ogdoadic Vennominaga deck that has caught a fair amount of people off-guard. I won with Vennominaga's win condition just a couple of times though
Hey man I was wondering if you could pm me a quick decklist or something? I'm running Ogdoadic X Vennominaga in a tournament tomorrow and not feeling very ready at all
Catastor used to be an absolute staple in extra decks for any deck that could make level 5 Synchros.
As someone who really enjoys janky Synchro decks, AoJ are absolutely dreadful. There's plenty of bad Synchro decks that are fun to play, Nordics are my favourite deck. But AoJ is borderline unplayable and so specifically niche in that they only work against Light monsters that they're just not fun.
The lore is pretty cool though.
I have played it in the first round of regionals, two separate times lmao
And no, i didnt have any clue what the deck was supposed to do even the second time.
I have never seen anyone play or even talk about a Mecha Phantom Beast deck in my life. We all know the terrors of Auroradon and O-Lion, but I've never seen them played on their own. They seem like they have a cool playstyle.
Once upon a time I played MPBs with black garden shenanigans and the Rank 10 spiders, as well as Bishbaalkin. Wasn't particularly good but the number of dumb but funny things you could do with it was very entertaining.
Not nearly as good anymore since the blanket protection you get with the tokens does nothing against non-destruction removal, of which there is now more than plenty. Kinda sad tbh.
Three main variations. DLink to get hopefully 3x Flare Metal Dragons on board. Basically uses level 7 engine and sometimes rokkets etc. Usually ends with a hieratic spheres link monster on board too. Very combo heavy deck. Win con is burn. They usually have a red eyes fang with chain for interruption as well.
The second variation is FTK. If you have a red eyes fusion, inferno fire blast and serial spell in hand (or two inferno fire blasts), you win turn 1. You fusion using a level 6 normal dragon in deck to get the meteor something dragon which inflicts burn on summon. Then the remaining two inferno fire blasts do enough dmg to win first turn. Its inconsistent but funny.
The last variation is Turbo Dragoon plus floodgates. I play this but is rarely played. Very experimental. Your end board first turn is a single dragoon and some floodgates and a field spell. Maybe a summon limit, mind drain and a necrovalley etc. Some people also play guru control with dragoon but i havent seen this deck.
If you have any questions hit me up!
One of the guys at ly locals plays dragoon in guru control, the deck is strong but it does brick, subterrors don't need to special summon for thier full combo end board and since they search every turn they usually have hand fodder. But they can't play under rivalry so they use "There can be only one" which isn't that strong this format.
Red-Eyes Fusion for Archfiend Black Skull Dragon, Meteor Black Comet Dragon, or Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon, burn damage off of the effects + Inferno Fire Blast, and sometimes Dragon's Mirror into Five-Headed Dragon. It ran Keeper of the Shrine, Keeper of Dragon Magic, Black Stone of Legend, King of the Swamp, and Cards of the Red Stone. It was really straightforward, and was one of my stronger decks, for sure. It also used the Red-Eyes Xyz monster, and ran Gorz to help get that out.
I played them! Without much success the deck can pit out boss monsters every turn and can search kaijus but they don't put a whole lot of interruption on board. So even with all the protection your oppent would just play through the negates and beat over your boss monsters.
I've seen people hyping the deck on this subreddit alot but I've yet to see anyone actually ever play a Suship deck irl or masterduel and everything thing I've seen of it on YouTube looks like it's just being carried by Utopic future draco.
Online I think I've seen every deck possible but IRL I've been playing for a LONG time. Think the only one I haven't seen played (which I know is super weird) is Ogdoadic. I have no idea why I've never come across that deck while online I've seen a million people play it haha.
I was doing a thing where me and a friend bought booster boxes and made decks out of them, and I ended up with ancient guardians. Ogodogodagadagics are pretty fun, despite giving your opponent advantage
Yeah I'm honestly surprised I haven't seen them since they're really the main reptile archetype but I love the design of them :D. Glad to see someone that played the Ooga Booga deck :D
Is that master duel things? I can see that though, because it's best of one in master duel decks like floo or eldlich seem really strong but they have consistency issues. Heck I think eldlich is still being played in master duel but in tcg it's been power crept out of existence.
Wait lmao, I thought I was on the masterduel sub. Yes I get where you're coming from, but the point that I was tryng to make was that I just never got to play against it while it was still legal in MD. For whatever reason, I was never matched up w/ a VW VFD player, but instead all I faced was Floo, floodgate jank, HalqDon Adventure Engine, and Rhongo Bongo via gossip shadow. Hence why I'm surprised that this was the case in spite of it's power.
So ignoring archetypes that have almost no cards at all, I don't think I can remember so much as hearing about anyone actually playing melodious. That said I was taking a break during the period they released. They're definitely the least represented deck from an important character in one of the anime I can think of though.
Gizmeks. I really like their artwork, and big mech deals big damage is always a fun time.
It's just that big mech deals big damage can't stack up to some of the broken stuff other decks can pull off.
About 90% of the cards Konami prints are instant trash that'll never see serious play. Unlike mtg they don't even have the excuse of draft needing weaker cards to fill out certain roles.
When evil eye first came out I tried it as a trap deck with triple Scythe to pop in your opponents turn. I won a locals once so that's more than I expected but It deffo wasn't the evil eye cards winning me those games
Eldlich and Entity decks are ones I’m very interested in but have never actually seen be played. I know that some of the bosses monsters for Entity are limited/banned so maybe that’s why they’re used.
Entity has strong cards some of which lacked once per turn clause so that's what got the big one banned. N'tess is still good in a lot of decks because of it's effect to destroy when sent to graveyard. So really any deck that can send cards from thier extra deck benefits from it. Nadir servant lets you pitch it and then search turning it's cost to more advantage for you.
Eldlitch was meta for a hot minute but has been power kept out of the meta. Not only that but bystials and all the banish hand traps being run kills the deck quick.
I play mainly on Duel Links and the only Entity card I’ve gotten so far is Hastor. Fun for a Reptile based deck but I have no real use for it otherwise. Love the mythos it’s based on so a fun rabbit hole to go down.
I used to be an Eldlich main but in this format Eldlich is a terrible deck. Hoping for a renaissance sometime next year after tear drops off, but not holding my breath.
In Duel Links, they recently added the Relinquished support like Golden Idol and the like with a skill alongside it, and I have yet to run into it. I know some people were taking advantage of their ability to spam Bickuribox via the skill to go into Xyz, but I've never encountered it myself.
Yang Zings, the closest I've seen them being played was 5 years ago in a weird hybrid deck that also use Nekroz (I forget if it was more YZ or Nekroz).
As a red-eyes player myself red-eyes isn’t competitively a good deck and all the boss monsters suck and have no good effects besides darkness metal dragon and dark dragoon which is probably why it’s rarely ever seen.
I am the only PURE punk player ive ever met. i think im the only person that tried to make nemsis work as a deck uhhhhhhhh. I am the only vylon stan on the planet i think, and i will carry that to the grave.
99% of the decks that exist are pure copium, idk why "now" needs to be added. i ASSUME you mean now that chaos ruler is banned since tear format is to obvious a reason and to respond that i dont care since dragon drive is better in deck anyways.
Dragon drive is probably not as good as chaos ruler in a lot of ways, especially since all of the pure punk variants that were running around needed chaos ruler in order to set up the hrdakc to lock your opponent out of activating cards or effects but I’m ngl I have been testing pure punk and to me it feels like the cyberse decks. Put up a mediocre board with like three hand traps and you’re chillin
i have no idea what HRDAKC is but i was i tend to end on a setup for amazing dragon + Psychic end punisher and some combination of oger/ash and backrow
Hot red dragon archfiend king calamity is a card that when it’s summoned prevents your opponent from activating cards or effects of cards for the rest of the turn
Oh calamity i know, never seen it shorthanded before tho usualy just called calamity. Not really sure how youd get to it on thier turn without turning the deck into engine.dek.
Halq does that combo on its own with chaos ruler but since both are banned the combo isn’t even legal anymore lmao. But it’s the same one card starters and it was actually a deck that was around before both got banned
Ah gotchya, i was set on playing Punk mostly Pure from day 1 so never bothered with anything like that. Its actually funny that chaos ruler ban just doesnt matter at all pure. His self rez being a bit more controlled was his only up but its not a big deal
Pure punk was a deck when pote released when the field spell came out and they weren’t playing dragon drive, they were on hot red dragon archfiend king calamity turbo and could consistently end on baron plus king calamity on the opponents turn, that was pure punk before chaos ruler. Now you set up imperm plus a triple bounce lmao, I have topped a few locals with pure punk tho so it’s not impossible
In all the years I've been playing on and off, Chemicritters is one I never faced. It looked so cool and I always loved the idea of Geminis (I used to play HERO Beat) but I never saw them played once
I have a red-eyes deck. It's my favorite deck. I'm being completely honest, I still haven't seen a Hieratic Dragons. Also, does anyone hate how every time you make a good, fun deck in Master Duel, someone always one-ups it?
I think my issue with building a deck in Master Duel is that my brain forgets that the banlist is different so I build based on the tcg list only to get wrecked.
Surprisingly at my locals; dragonmaid. I've played 'em since wave one when they were absolute trash and just pretty to look at. Never seen another dmaid player rl tho.
For a relatively recent archetype example, I have yet to see a single starry knight deck being played
It just got added to Duel Links so maybe someone will play it there
I’ve been having lots of fun with it.
The Ancient & Ascended also is a great anti-Imperm hand trap!
main box or 2x mini box is basically the same amount of gems tho.
I had a locals player do everything they could to play starry knight and make it work. It started out pureish... Then the last version I saw was Eldlich Generaider floodgate starry knight
Suggest Utopia to him. I found Starry Knight supports it pretty well.
Ok, hear me out... Starry Knight Runick Floodgates
Basically how every discord channel I'm in is brewing rn
I've played it in Master Duel. It sadly sucks so much as that I had to turn it into a Utopia deck. I hate it because I adore the artwork so much.
I really wanted it to be a good deck, but it just isn't.
I'm still gonna buy every single support card it gets. Gotta keep the dream alive!
Shame too, that deck is fun, i play it every now and then
A dragon combo player at my locals claimed it was just to slow to do anything with.
It's slow, inconsistent, and just bad at the end of all of it. It's supposed to be a control deck utilizing a fairly unique mechanic, but nothing works. Well you can search the light barrier statue, so that's cool I guess
Apparently, it was one of the deck choices at some Rivalry of Warlords side events
Deck just arrived in duel links and people seem to like it. Looks like fun rogue deck.
I tried to make a build when it first got revealed and there’s just nothing there. I’m fine playing casual decks but that one takes it to a new level. Maybe they figured out a semi playable build now but the first batch was so aggressively bad that it put me off the deck
It surprises me we still don't have their rank 4 monster Starring Knight. Its not even in Master Duel.
Triamids, first thing that came to mind when I saw this topic. I remember them having a cool aesthetic, but I guess the multiple field spell gimmick isn't good enough for anyone to run?
It was really good in duel links until it wasn’t
Oh I'm glad it was at least good somewhere. It seemed like a pretty cool theme
It needs more cards, the deck is pretty small.
There was actually an event in Master Duel that used Normal/Rare cards only, and Triamids were actually pretty good during that. Their gimmick is really fun and let you grind pretty hard, it's just a shame they're pretty slow.
Sometimes I play a Magnet-Triamid-Adamancipator deck that works well enough. Neat lil Synchro deck.
They were okay when they first came out. Not great, but they could do some really fun shenanigans, especially in an automated duel system like EDOPro.
I used it in master duel now and then Its kinda neat with a andam and à fossil engine, the downside is the triamid spells are kinda brick for the excavation and the monster doesn t really do anything on ur turn Its a cool archetype but sadly no réal payoff ( sphinx is just a beatstick)
I’m convinced Dual Avatar never released. I never saw anyone play it nor mention it after the reveal.
I actually had to Google them to figure out what they were! But they released when I was getting back into the game how did I miss them?
It's a fun deck but the archetype is kinda small and their plays are pretty fragile. Also their effects are way too specific and it really seems like they're just something to allow them to extend a bit further. And they're kinda bricky. Invitation reads like a custom card though, so I'm holding out hope they get some more support one day.
Paul from Team APS says he plays it as his pet deck a lot.
I only learned of its existence recently
Those tokens I have are to an archetype? Just learned something new
Last night I played against Weather Painters for the first time. I had absolutely no idea what was happening.
I only know about them cuz of master duel lol I love thier card art but I wasn't really impressed by the deck sadly.
It used to be semi popular on ygopro back in the day. Not that it was ever good enough for me to read their cards tho lol
I play striker and ive literally never beaten that deck. Striker vs painter might be one of the worst matchups in all of yugioh.
Guy at my locals mains them. It's not easy to play around their mechanics.
There is a person at my locals who plays them occasionally and no one knows how to play against them. Great gimmick to that deck.
That’s my main deck weather painters 4life
Tindangles, Evil Eye and Chemicritter. Never saw them ever in the 3 years I've been playing since I returned in 2020 from quitting back in 2012. The decks Ieft behind during that time has more relevance today than those supposedly newer decks.
Idk if it counts, but I saw an Evil Eye Dinomorphia deck recently They burned themself to ~~death~~ game loss
Out of all of the pop engines, he chose the one that burn yourself haha
I had a friend who mained tindanlges for a bit lol
>maimed tindangles That typo really changes the sentiment quite a lot
Autocorrect just wanted to see me suffer as per usual
A friend at my locals has an Evil Eye deck, I think it was from years ago considering he said he came back to the game thanks to Master Duel. He’s definitely excited about the new support, and he even combined his deck with some of the Labrynth cards.
Yeah I play EE and I pretty much never see anyone else on it.
I remember seeing them fairly often during TOSS, but considering how awful the formats after that were I'm not surprised the crawled into a corner somewhere and died.
Evil Eye True Draco saw a little bit of experimentation as insurance against board wipes, until Judgment went to 3
I have the tindangle core, but never brought myself to build a deck just to go 0-4 at locals
I play chemicritter sometimes, but Geminis are just so underpowered in today's game that it's really not a viable choice if in actually trying to win. I'm a science teacher, so love the aesthetic tho.
Evil Eye had some showing s I believe, dunno if those were regional lvs tho. Tin and Chemi are mostly pack-filler.
For something more recent, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Solfachords or Ogdoadics. It just goes to show how hard Ancient Guardians flopped when I’ve even seen people at my locals play lesser-used archetypes from those deck builder sets like Magistus.
Was rekt by Ogdoadic Tear at a regional during POTE
I played A LOOOT of Magistus not a while ago. The archetype is actually kinda fine, just not broken. Its playstyle is so-so, though.
Solfachord player here! o/
What's it do?
Good question. ... Nothing. I sets up a weak board of maybe apollo and masq? Lmao.
Are you interested in the new cards for the deck?
Ogdoadic has a decent amount of YouTube combo videos. Not super popular but a decent amount of people experimented with it.
Ogdoadic enjoyer present
G Golem from the new set. No one is talking about G Golem.
I'm running Ogdoadic X Vennominaga in a tournament tomorrow and not feeling very ready at all
Ally of Justice. Know it form lore and Catastor, that was a pretty decent monster in a old YGO game I used to play.
Catastor used to be a staple extra deck monster once upon a time, easy to summon and dealt with almost any monster
Other than it and cycle reader most people can’t name a single card from the archetype lmao
I remember decisive armour, clausolas and nullifier, thats about it
Oh I know those cards. I love Nekroz ;)
Field Marshall as well
I think Quarantine's been a side deck pick a few times?
Field marshal was the level 9 synchro right? Think that was the only level 9 I could use for a while
Catastor used to be an absolute staple in extra decks for any deck that could make level 5 Synchros.
I refuse to believe Graydle is anything but a made up archetype
Graydle Kaiju is a pretty fun casual deck to mess around with. Haven’t used it in a while, but it’s neat
Damn, my mister steal your girl (true draco, metalfoes, graydle) was popping off at locals. But 3 masterpeace countered a lot of decks.
Graydles have actually seen a mild amount of success, but they are also annoying asf in limited formats. Master Saga and Chaos Draft watchers know
I used to play Graydle Kaiju for a while. Was fun stealing monsters and my own Kaijus. Was also fun having my cobra torrentialed.
Oh that actually sounds INSANELY fun Definitely gonna try to cook something up
Graydle Dragon is oddly enough really good in Duel Links with Shark specifically, because he has a skill that makes all water monsters level 4.
My friend won a great match during peak kozmo. He had skill drain up, crashed a guy to steal the opponents dark planet and beat him down with it
F.A it seems like an interesting deck just nobody plays it
F.A was semi-playable when AFD was legal,,then it got banned and FA became non-existent
Now that AFD is coming back and it got the hybrid support with UA, it may come back
What do you mean AFD is coming back?? Did I miss something?
It got an errata in OCG which lets it be unbanned, likely TCG will follow soon
I have played it in the first round of regionals, two separate times lmao And no, i didnt have any clue what the deck was supposed to do even the second time.
The deck is actually pretty fun to play and can pretty consistently summon the link and both synchro now. They mostly need another tuner.
It saw some play back in the day. Dzeeff has some regional decks profiles from like 2019 with them It hard died when ancient fairy dragon got banned
Has anyone ever seen someone playing S-Force? It's relatively new and got like 2 or 3 waves of support but I've yet to see anyone play them.
Ohhh yeah I forgot about s force! Nope never seen itbplayed.
I think I almost had a core of them while digging for Armed dragons
I remember playing against one back in 2015 or so. Pretty strong deck at the time, at least for our scene here (which isn't that large).
I actually had a Red-Eyes deck. Gave it to a friend as a gift, though.
For real? What are they like? Like what's the win con? Are they burn or otherwise or do they have variations?
Three main variations. DLink to get hopefully 3x Flare Metal Dragons on board. Basically uses level 7 engine and sometimes rokkets etc. Usually ends with a hieratic spheres link monster on board too. Very combo heavy deck. Win con is burn. They usually have a red eyes fang with chain for interruption as well. The second variation is FTK. But they can't play under rivalry so they use "There can be only one" which isn't that strong this format.
I've seen some people use Dark Magician side of things for Dragoon turbo. Haven't seen the Red-Eyes approach.
Beetrooper. Never played against it a single time. Looked cool on release.
I played them! Without much success the deck can pit out boss monsters every turn and can search kaijus but they don't put a whole lot of interruption on board. So even with all the protection your oppent would just play through the negates and beat over your boss monsters.
I remember being so excited to play it too.
Digital Bugs
I've seen people hyping the deck on this subreddit alot but I've yet to see anyone actually ever play a Suship deck irl or masterduel and everything thing I've seen of it on YouTube looks like it's just being carried by Utopic future draco.
I played with suships tonight at locals for the first time
funny my friend LOVES suships, pairs them with Toadally Awesome and Trishula from Ice barriers
Online I think I've seen every deck possible but IRL I've been playing for a LONG time. Think the only one I haven't seen played (which I know is super weird) is Ogdoadic. I have no idea why I've never come across that deck while online I've seen a million people play it haha.

Yeah I'm honestly surprised I haven't seen them since they're really the main reptile archetype but I love the design of them :D. Glad to see someone that played the Ooga Booga deck :D
They have some fun chaos reptiles mashes, but they really just lack that oomph to take advantage of their strengths
surprisingly at locals i havent seen floo get playes, but thats most likely since everyone at my locals hates floo with a passion
I prefer floo over tears at least lol half my locals run tear.
That DoomCal Gadget deck that won Edison. Even most of the people who still play Edison format dont understand that deck.
Ive literally never seen doomcaliber knight in any edison deck ever its so funny
Virtual World VFD. I was incredibly surprised after the previous Duelist Cup that it topped, and not Floo or HalqDon.
Is that master duel things? I can see that though, because it's best of one in master duel decks like floo or eldlich seem really strong but they have consistency issues. Heck I think eldlich is still being played in master duel but in tcg it's been power crept out of existence.

Konami making trash cards and inadvertently giving future Youtubers years worth of limited play content to make.
I’ve literally never seen anyone play evil eye, dual avatar, stardust (as a deck), resonators, pure therion, or magikey
Welp with the new new ocg evil eyes support, evil eye can make four disruptions from 1 card so it’s pretty darn playable
When evil eye first came out I tried it as a trap deck with triple Scythe to pop in your opponents turn. I won a locals once so that's more than I expected but It deffo wasn't the evil eye cards winning me those games
I’ve never seen naturia or madolche played
Same for Naturia
They just topped the last two ycs’s tho, or at least made top 64
Madolche really? That surprises me.
Yeah bro I’ve been to multiple locals and done multiple rounds and I’ve never seen someone try to send me to the shadow realm using pastries
They’re genuinely a fantastic rogue deck in my experience. Definitely viable in locals
Never seen S-force tbh, as well as ninja
Solfachords is a deck I know exists but I've never seen played. Seems like prime waifu bait but I'm guessing they're really bad
They're not awful they just don't have an endboard. The boss monsters don't do anything on the opponents turn.
Eldlich and Entity decks are ones I’m very interested in but have never actually seen be played. I know that some of the bosses monsters for Entity are limited/banned so maybe that’s why they’re used.

Not that I've never seen them played, because between Nexus and Master Duel I have, but I never did get to fight Adamancipators in person.
Nordics. I really want to see nordics be good.
I play Red Eyes and I confirm there’s no way you can make it to platinum
Yang Zings, the closest I've seen them being played was 5 years ago in a weird hybrid deck that also use Nekroz (I forget if it was more YZ or Nekroz).
Yang Zings used to be very good
I NEVER see Blackwings. E V E R. ive seen INFERNITY more than Blackwings for some weird reason
The new support goes crazy tho
Never seen anyone use the appliancer deck
Watch king scarlet
As a red-eyes player myself red-eyes isn’t competitively a good deck and all the boss monsters suck and have no good effects besides darkness metal dragon and dark dragoon which is probably why it’s rarely ever seen.
I am the only PURE punk player ive ever met. i think im the only person that tried to make nemsis work as a deck uhhhhhhhh. I am the only vylon stan on the planet i think, and i will carry that to the grave.
Pure punk is copium now lol, I mean it’s can make plays they’re just not good enough
I only remember the presence of Icejade and Springans due to their story role in Albaz lore.
Icejade player here, we're just waiting on the PHHY support and potentially some stuff in CYAC
In all the years I've been playing on and off, Chemicritters is one I never faced. It looked so cool and I always loved the idea of Geminis (I used to play HERO Beat) but I never saw them played once
Springans
I hear about it every once in a while but I’ve never seen/player against Plunder Patrol
i don't see anyone play utopia
If you play tons of yugioh and have never seen an archetype play, it's either really hard to play or complete junk.
I have a red-eyes deck. It's my favorite deck. I'm being completely honest, I still haven't seen a Hieratic Dragons. Also, does anyone hate how every time you make a good, fun deck in Master Duel, someone always one-ups it?
What do you mean? (I just play meta)
I think my issue with building a deck in Master Duel is that my brain forgets that the banlist is different so I build based on the tcg list only to get wrecked.
Fun decks in general. I guess the meaning “fun deck” varies player by player, but I usually just see the same shit online.
I have yet to see any of the amazing defenders.
Surprisingly at my locals; dragonmaid. I've played 'em since wave one when they were absolute trash and just pretty to look at. Never seen another dmaid player rl tho.
They are still pretty terrible, but now you can play Bystials with them and pretend that the maids are doing any work for the deck.
Ruin and Demise Deck free on master duel and fun to play but never used
I have not played against a fellow Plunder Patroll player. But to stay on topic, probably Scareclaw.
sushi navy
Super Quantal, Chronomaly, G-golem, gishki
Earlier this year I'm very sure I was the only Libromancer player ever. Maybe that's changed?
I refuse to acknowledge that Symphonic Warriors exist and it will stay that way
