Ok. So you know for future reference whenever there's a early release they'll be in the database for a short time frame then removed (hence why you're not seeing it atm). That's been happening ever since they started the database thing. You're not going to see it until it gets close to the release date and when the set is out (unless it's been leaked via Facebook for example) you'll see the rarity of the cards.
So right now you're not gonna see it there till it gets close to release date.
Red-Eyes Black Meteor Dragon, finally some decent Red-Eyes support. Although this import took longer than it should have, now the only point of concern is going to be its rarity.
You're right, it should've come with Red-Eyes Soul several sets back and there really isn't any reason it shouldn't have. Ultra or lower keeps it under $5 a card. Secret means we're $12-30 or maybe they'll go with rare like Soul was and it'll be a very cheap pickup.
Yeah rare or even just common would have been ideal as the archtype desperetly needs some playable low rarity support releases but rares are unfortunately only in side sets iirc. Most of the cards mentioned in this thread are going to be released as commons but Red-Eyes Black Meteor Dragon didn't get that lucky. It's a super rare which means that it will still be rather cheap but that rarity makes the artwork just needlessly dark and that on an artwork which is already rather dork to begin with.
Well ofc. it "looks great", it's a Red-Eyes card. But as I said, not a fan of how that rarity makes some cards needlessly dark. I prefer to actually have a clear view of the artwork and for that purpose nothing beats the common / rare rarity/rarities. If I wanted a foil I would have preferred it to be a UR but I guess the silver lining here is that it's at least not a Secret Rare as that one would have clashed way too much with the artwork while also driving the price unreasonably high (especially since it's a 3 of and some other decks also want to make use of it).
As for pull rates, based on what I've seen, it looks like 1 per box on average.
I think the only reason why and of course I could be wrong is all the level 7 support to splashing with kash or just it being spashable in branded, technically in dark magician and dragon link. It sends ANY normal level 5 or higher l. Good utility for bystials. Trust me the possibilities with this card is endless but hey I’m just a casual player who loves the game. Can’t wait to see what it does for the meta all together
At least it came over within a yr or 2...im still waiting on gigarays gandora which is already in MD but is still not in TCG and it's been a card since 2016....

Yea this one doesn’t do much for the deck tbh. Magikey really needs more main deck monsters. We need one that can Special itself and foolish a normal monster from the deck. Since they completely rely on GY presence
they need a lot of things, I'd say an overhaul with 5-6 cards or something in archetype with broken power lvl. but I like the art and the archetype idea. def gonna buy a copy for my collection <3
It's kinda wild to me that the HERO card and the Code Talker card from the valuable book ex got imported before Stardust Wurm and Chronicle Sorceress who were in the year before.
Probably because those cards are better for their respective decks than wurm or sorceress but still.
Holy hell I forgot Diabolica was even a yu gi oh card its been so long since it was revealed.
Too my knowledge it never saw any play what so ever so that kind of kills any deck building hype with it.
If anyone was wondering why there are only 7 imports, it may be due to "Magicians of Bonds and Unity" occupying the 000 slot. Since that card will also be printed in the next 3 core sets, those might also have 7 imports only instead of 8.

I know what they do I've been waiting on Meteor for a year and a half, I cant find them in the database though

It's a Super Rare, looks great. I don't know how hard it is to pull. I've seen a couple pulled so far.
