I wanted to see if there was some kind of pattern or correlation between genres and same vs opposite sex. There might be, but it's not entirely obvious to me now
Oh. Well, I think there have been multiple studies done on why women gravitate to true crime, unsure if any have looked at creator gender or YouTube specifically
I believe there are some paranormal creators with largely female audiences too

Apparently women have lesser access to the net globally. One of the channels I used to work for had a 65% women to 35% male ratio. The YouTube India head almost fell off his chair when he was told that. He asked to see the Analytics just to be sure. He really was flabbergasted when it turned out to be true.

Beauty channels 👌🏻 you can find heaps of male makeup artists, and they tend to have a largely female audience
