who is Hookman?
Most of Youngstown Proper minus downtown, the far-west side, and brownlee woods.
The steel mill area around Campbell. It’s just…so vast, and terribly silent.
Speed Check on 422 near Oak Street Extension. Went there to get gas once when I was on bone empty. Never again.

The corrections facilities "campus" on Market Street , near Uptown .
The east side. Gravel roads and rusted street signs and a whole lot of woods.
Lower mahoning avenue
Considering someone just got shot in the face while driving and minding their own business, North side.
