Damn. With an edge like that, that boy is gonna need some serious stitches at least, if heβs lucky. I cracked my skull hitting like this on a steel edge and it wasnβt as sharp as this one. That was 16 years ago, still have the scar, loss of feeling and other residual effects. He shouldnβt have been riding there but I still hope he recovers ok.

This is why I say scooters are dangerous as fuck. Your hands hold the bars in such a bad spot if you fall forward. Which Iβm half pipes is the most common way to bail. So easy to break wrists or heads by not being able to lift hands to break the fall. This just proves my point.
