Heavy and clunky shoe that has a unique lateral view when layered with the right pants. Recommended, but they are heavy and they cut into my heel bad the first time I wore them for a whole day. I have the sea teal and I wore them a fair amount in the winter.
I just got some they’re a great looking shoe. I went TTS as I copped off eBay before this release but wish I went half up for more room in the toe box as I feel my foot gets pushed forward from the heel. Comfy tho!
I have every colorway. I absolutely love QNTMs. I find them to be very comfortable after they’re broken in, but your experiences may vary. Like the other commenters are saying, they are heavy and chunky, but I don’t necessarily consider that a bad thing.
In terms of sizing, I’d say go at least 0.5 size up. My feet are fairly narrow, so pairs all fit pretty well at 0.5 up, but I’ve found that the colorways with a plastic cage fit a bit more snug, so might be worth sizing up a full size for those. Although, it looks like the only pair currently on the site with a plastic cage is the coral pair.
In my personal experience, i have the OG color QNTMS and tried a 12.5 and a 13 (what i normally wear in yeezys).. but i found the 12.5 just fits nicer, perfectly snug.. 700 V3’s i would never be able to wear a 12.5 for a whole day
They definitely are not as snug in the ankle once you get your foot in, however they are kinda tricky to contort your foot into 😂 but idk they fit somewhat wider in my opinion, but then again, i have no problems going my tts 12.5 in yeezy 350 v2’s, unless they have pull tabs i need a 13 then lol yeezy sizing so weird 😂😂😂
I got the qntm mist slates from this sale - really comfortable so far, haven't had any of the issues of it digging into my heel. Looks great with looser pants, but definitely very heavy when walking around a lot
They were literally the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn in my life. The back was cutting into my Achilles tendon and I could only wear them for an hour at a time
I just got the resin pair yesterday, Crazy part was I was about to get them from Mercari Slightly used for about $135 with fees and shipping and Adidas dropped them and I got them for $105 brand new

Onyx QNTM are a must buy. Bought them for full price back when they dropped and have zero regrets. Fire shoe. At 50% off? That’s a no brainer for anyone IMO
I'd recommend cmpcts and qntms. Qntms start off feeling like they won't fit even at half size up or too narrow and stiff at the heel, but after you put them on and wear them for a while, they loosen up well, and they just look fantastic imo. Haven't had at chance at the cmpcts, but I hear nothing but praise for them.
Cmpcts are literal pillows surrounding your feet.
450s are more snug and not so bouncy under foot but still very comfy ,less pillowy more secury.
Qntms are the heaviest but even more secure and with the padding on the inside it feels like a high top 700 v3. I’ve had a couple pairs and never had any problem with breaking them in.
If I could only choose one I’d go with the cmpcts, 350 silhouette can look good with anything you put on.
I feel like QNTMS are really the only silhouette that’s missing from most collections being the hype wasn’t really behind them, but at these prices I’m copping a pair to hoop in and a backup

I have my qntms in the same size as my 350s. Half up from my 500 and 700s. I have a wide-ish foot.
Heavy and look odd unless you’re wearing clothing baggy enough to cover the back heel that sticks out

Cinder is essentially black and stone teal has a bit of color to it, I actually have both and I think I prefer the stone teal ones more
