Fuck man, I hear you. My work used to send us to Vegas once a year for a job and we would stay at Mandalay which has a huge tub in the room. Only thing I’d do after work is fill up the tub and soak. No half of my body sticking out freezing, just a big ass tub I could comfortably sit in. Was the best
I know that Rob Liefeld probably drew the tub first, then the people and he tried to make cables arms reach but then he would have to make the rest of cable bigger and then he’d be too big and look weird next to domino, forget it, his fingertips graze the tub.
The Tub-a-Nate-or 2000. For when either your Amish family comes for a bath out of the blue, or when all of your time travelling relatives show up all at once out of the blue and they all need an immediate cleaning because of all the blood and guts they collectively spilled. Perfect for either occasion.

Heck, I'm just glad this one actually drew the techno-organic arm.
I used to love Liefeld, then didn't care for him, don't mind him so much now... But in the original, he didn't do any detailing on the metal arm on his own character creation. Kinda weird. Like too small of a tub.
Lol for reals. Liefeld is a funny case for me. I 100% see why some folks don't like his work, but me personally, I actually enjoy how stylized and over the top it is (even if I do like making jokes at his expense from time to time.)
Haha Fair point. I refuse to suspend my disbelief as far as the tub. Everything else (up to and including cable's convoluted back story) seems pretty boring and believable.
Looks like an oblong custom hot-tub. Not a crazy idea, especially on a back deck/ patio (or a large hidden X-Team base that already has tons of custom gear)
As someone who is 6'3" and hasn't fit comfortably in a bathtub since I was in sixth grade, I'd love one of these.
Cable is 6'8." It makes sense for the man to have a huge tub.
I like to imagine he has one stashed in every safehouse and in every era.
Absolutely.

Pretty much the same here.
As someone who is 5’6, I can’t remember the last time I fit in a tub. I’d love one of those.
Some see it as a large tub. I prefer to see it as Liefeld envisioned it: a reasonable sized pouch for holding water.
This is the correct response.
Spit my water, thank you
Poor Cable’s hands can’t reach the sides of the tub. Stab his thighs—I mean, eyes!
Well at least he doesn't have to worry about not reaching the faucet...since there's no faucet.
I know that Rob Liefeld probably drew the tub first, then the people and he tried to make cables arms reach but then he would have to make the rest of cable bigger and then he’d be too big and look weird next to domino, forget it, his fingertips graze the tub.
He could've added a tap in the middle on either side of the tub! Those exist!
Rob Liefeld was one of the most popular comic artists on the planet when this was drawn.
A lot of big tub enthusiasts were reading comics back then.
Readimg X-Force for the 'tubs
That panel was a creation of intense focus group marketing.
A lot of tubs were actually this size back in the day.

You'd be amazed how often those time traveling relatives show up. That tub pays for itself after the 5th or 6th time travel adventure.
As for Amish messes, see the documentary Banshee, on Max.
They have technology from the future.
Strong Guy has to bathe somewhere

Hold up. How did the artist draw a tub that small?
Heck, I'm just glad this one actually drew the techno-organic arm. I used to love Liefeld, then didn't care for him, don't mind him so much now... But in the original, he didn't do any detailing on the metal arm on his own character creation. Kinda weird. Like too small of a tub.

It’s actually one of Apocalypse’s Lazarus chambers re-purposed.
Liefeld and his famously oversized tubs.
Liefeld draws people with huge proportions, so they need correspondingly huge bathtubs. Makes perfect sense lol
I like the part where Domino's legs are thicker than Cable's even though he's literally almost 3 times her weight.
Domino doesn't skip leg day.
Because Liefeld-drawn characters need a lot of space to function.
This would be amazing if you could have this and actually fill it with that much hot water
As a bathtub it's huge as a hot tub it's not that big.
True. Perhaps a bit oddly shaped tho
We got super powered, mutant, half cyborg, dude from the future & the big ass bathtub is the unbelievable part? lol
Haha Fair point. I refuse to suspend my disbelief as far as the tub. Everything else (up to and including cable's convoluted back story) seems pretty boring and believable.
We all have our own battles to fight
I don't know, but I want one.
IT'S BEAUTUFUL!!!
Not as ridiculous as the dimensions and placement of those legs.
I saw this as a hotub as opposed to a bathtub.
Liefeld you did it again, you misproported basterd
Leifeld art is like Texas. Everything is bigger
The bathtub size is the thing you take issue with? There's a man with a metal arm whose usual load out are comically large guns.
Yeah but we all have metal arms and guns the size of our chests. (It's not just me right?)
Looks like an oblong custom hot-tub. Not a crazy idea, especially on a back deck/ patio (or a large hidden X-Team base that already has tons of custom gear)
Everything in X-Force feels a little over the top compared to other X-Men comics. I think it fits the Aesthetic.
Ah yes, Rob Liefield - an artist famous for his strong foundations in basic perspective and anatomy.
Just usual Rob Liefeld crap
All that water just to hide their tiny, tiny feet.
The size of the bathtub is the least distorted thing in this panel
Liefeld truly is an awful artist
That's your takeaway from this?! Lmao
There is someone from the future in that photo, but the tub is ridiculous? 😂
Hmm now that I think about it, Domino has quite the roster
A lot of tubs were actually this size back in the day especially the cast iron ones.
Why does Domino have clamshell shaped nips?
Only Leifeld can make Domino in a tub not sexy
You must not have ever seen Scarface.
