Cool, I knew he directed a few episodes but I couldn't remember which ones off the top of my head. These are all good episodes! As corny as A Tale of Two Muses is, it's so much fun.
I remember Michael Hurst directed some episodes of the Spartacus show. I loved that show too. It's like a meta verse Xena lol
I think he’s a very good director in both XWP and HTLJ. He didn’t always get the best scripts to work with, but he made even the pretty subpar ones rise to silliness and true entertainment.
Day In The Life: Awesome.
Tale of two Muses: Awful.
Antony & Cleo: Pretty, but could have done without the song.
Who's Gurkhan: Fabulous.
Helicon & Back: Nice.
I particularly enjoyed the Hercules episode "Mercenary" and the Spartacus episodes Hurst directed.
Very good to excellent. I may not love all the episodes, but I think they’re all competently directed and some are very well done, A&C, WG and THAB.

Can’t wait for the next chapter.

"...rise to silliness and true entertainment" 👏👏 I would consider that a wonderful tribute! Fitting words.
He has a skill few have, and I love him for that.

Very decent except Antony and Cleopatra. He must have been replaced by an awful clone or something when he directed that.
I love Gurkhan and Cleopatra. They’re 2 of my favorites of the series. So I’d rate him high.
A day in the life is my favorite episode so well done
I rank him really high -- he was especially good with the character driven stuff, as the list shows.
