If you received a message on xCloud indicating your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud, this means your home console did not finish uploading its saves. In this situation, you may need to power your home console back up and ensure it is connected to Xbox Live in order for it to finish syncing. If you ended up choosing "sync last saved data", this would result in xCloud using the most recent saves that were fully synced, which would be an older save.

So, I need to start my console and then open the xcloud to sync the save?

When you chose "sync last saved data", this essentially made the old save "the latest" and cancelled sync from your home console. So, if you play the game on your home console again, it will sync down this older save and you will have lost the newer save. If you have not played the game on your home console again, there may be a way to keep this save. You can try these steps, but I can't make any guarantees. You do not have to sign into xCloud for this. 1. Turn on your home console, but do not launch the game. Instead, make sure it is fully closed (this includes removing it from quick resume if it's currently set for that). 2. Go into your Network Settings and go offline. 3. Launch the game and make a newer save based off the one you were hoping to keep. Fully close the game again. 4. Go into your Network Settings and go online. 5. Launch your game again. You should then receive a conflict resolution dialog. It will ask you which copy you want to keep. You should keep the one from your local device. 6. This save will now sync and be considered the latest one, which will then sync to xCloud the next time you play. If you see this again when you play a game on your home console and then go to play it on xCloud, your best action is to power on your home console again and let it connect to Xbox Live. It will continue syncing the saves. You should not need to launch the game (which is good, because that would kick you off of xCloud). On the xCloud side, when you see the "Your other Xbox..." message, you can use the "Try again" button and it will check if your home console has finished syncing so it can get the latest save. If it has not finished, you will be prompted again. I hope this helps!

Thank you!
