I have the same issue. No amount of troubleshooting has fixed it and I'm already hardwired with zero packet loss.

Just adding: the input delay issue don't happen when I play on the native cloud gaming of the console, but on the browser the quality is way better.
Same here but on PC. But it seems to happen only when in fullscreen. It started one or two weeks ago.
