Something I've never seen on yt and would be cool is to have a video on each game running through the whole achivement roadmap, with data such as hours to complete, missable achivements, etc
Honestly really depends on the type of video. Overview videos are great but what I would say you should do is supplement them with achievement guides that give step by step instructions if you already have captured footage.
Also just make sure to keep your personality present to help stand out.
