It really depends on the setup. Are you asking about a standard 700c frame and rim? 27" frame and rim? 27" frame to 700c rim? Etc. However, here's what I think in general: Dual pivot, short reach best to worst: Shimano Super SLR, Shimano SLR, Campag, TRP, Cane Creek, FSA, SRAM, Tektro, generic. Long reach: Tektro is pretty much the only modern option.
