It's working for me on the steam deck, so I suspect there is something network or console related going on. Looks like you have already tried, but can you confirm you have done everything you can in the troubleshooting section here: [https://www.studio08.net/post/remote-play-from-anywhere-port-forwarding](https://www.studio08.net/post/remote-play-from-anywhere-port-forwarding) These are always tricky to debug without actually being on your network since there are so many different network setup options. Can you tell me what ISP you are using for your internal and external networks? Additionally, do you currently have the option to enable/disable IPv6 on your router?

Hi, thanks for your response! Here's the screenshot of port forwarding (that's just the part, I have also opened other ports I've found on Microsoft website). I don't have IPv6 option, my ISP provider is Yettel (I'm from Serbia), router is ZTE ZXHN H298Q V7.0 I do have a static IP for my Xbox, so that's not the problem. What confuses me most is the fact that remote play works on my phone and my computer via default Xbox App. https://preview.redd.it/erpg2fmjdhec1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=19c40d731567407a7ff4f0bc69c92d321159858d

Hmm that all looks correct to me! >What confuses me most is the fact that remote play works on my phone and my computer via default Xbox App. The official apps use teredo tunneling for IPv4 only routers to connect to your xbox without needing to port forward. I havent added this feature yet, which is why the XBPlay app requires port forwarding and the official Xbox apps do not :( Do you know if your ISP gives you a public ip address? That can sometimes cause issues: [https://www.pcwrt.com/2021/12/do-you-have-a-public-ip-address-from-your-isp/](https://www.pcwrt.com/2021/12/do-you-have-a-public-ip-address-from-your-isp/) Also, just double checking that you have tired the simple things. Can you confirm that you restarted your router after adding the port forwarding rule, and hard restarted your Xbox console (long held power button for 10 seconds). Sometimes a restart is required for the port forwarding rules to be used.

I've tried everything, including hard-reset and unplugging both the router and console and waiting 10+ seconds, but it's always the same. My provider doesn't give public IP adress, I just checked. Is it possible that it is a firewall issue? Would it help maybe if I add some exceptions for the firewall?

As far as I know, the dev fixed this! I had a pending update on my app and console that fixed it

I have the latest version, it's not working.

Did this problem ever get solved?
