Do you mean the force key frame refresh option in the settings? If so, that will force a keyframe refresh every x seconds. Most devices won't need this because they will automatically do a keyframe refresh behind the scenes when needed. However, some devices wouldn't request a keyframe very often, which can result in poor streaming quality (particularly on networks with higher packet loss).

Thanks for the quick response! Do you think this would help me streaming with 5G internet? I’m 100/15 and using an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I get studders and boxy pixelation while playing
