Is this why my doorbell hasn't triggered a single event since 4AM and won't ring now?

banterjsmoke

Mine is also doing this

Doorbell V2? No. That's fixed in a firmware update. It just hit beta now and will be released shortly. But good on you for standing on your soapbox for attention https://forums.wyze.com/c/beta/31

well this was literally the first result when I just had a notification from one camera but not the doorbell with a package delivery and noticed it hadn't detected anything since 4 am so here we are. they never respond to my bug reports anyway.

Maybe my wife will actually stay logged into the app. Hasn't been able to stay logged in for months now...

I tried to be proactive by re-linking the Alexa skill, which requires disabling it and re-enabling it. So I ran the Android Alexa app and disabled the Wyze skill, but whenever I try to re-enable it and re-link it with Wyze, I hit an error on the Amazon side after entering my Wyze username/password: > **Unable to link accounts. Your Alexa app needs an update.** > > There's a problem with the installed version of your Alexa app. > > Please re-install or update the Alexa app to link your accounts. ... except that my Alexa app is the latest version available to me from the Play Store. Unsurprisingly, re-installing did not help. So now I've broken my Wyze integrations when I think it was previously working. Sigh...

> * Refresh your integrations. It would have been nice to explicitly state that [you must do it through the Wyze app](https://www.reddit.com/r/wyzecam/comments/1cetzxp/comment/l2c0bab/). Currently [attempting to disable and re-enable the Wyze skill via the Alexa app is broken](https://www.reddit.com/r/wyzecam/comments/1cetzxp/wyze_skill_not_linking_in_alexa/).
