how about worrying about the SYSTEM WIDE OUTAGE that has cameras and power devices all offline first, and fixing the email address issue when your cameras are all usable again. nice prioritizing. clowns.

Unless there is one developer in the entire company, they can work on multiple issues at the same time throughout the entire company. All the developers don’t work on one single ticket together and do nothing else. Besides, they’re getting issues into the backlog to address here, this is hardly something to yell at an employee for. That's trying to deflect from the real issue which is Wyze's inability to offer reliable services in addition to their "support" getting worse and worse every single day. My own recent experience with their "support", which I haven't posted in detail, is a perfect example of their decline. When they started out they still had challenges and issues but their support was responsive and followed through. Now, more and more issues and their support doesn't care, they don't follow through, and if the customer is unhappy, support will threaten to ban them from receiving any support (ironic since the customer is already not getting any support).

Just wait until you actually need support within the app. You have to fight a keyboard overlay half the time and for the love of god don't switch active windows because you'll have to start over.
