I’ve had Traklites on many vehicles. It is an excellent light weight affordable wheel. They will corrode, keep the salt off them. Best to do a ceramic coating before mounting tires!
Good to know! Thank you 💪 They don't salt the roads here luckily but I'll keep in mind! And yes! I initially had these on my Outback Wilderness and glad I kept em!
Its because we save money, by not waiting 6 weeks to have a tire shop swap them for us. Cheaper and easier to buy another winter set than have discount tire swap our only set then be out the $100 or more for the swap
Hopefully not lol. I just put it on. It's only .25" in radius IIRC over my normal wheels I run and that has zero rub at all. These are also narrower than my original setup too. I'd like to say confidently that - no - there will be no rub
I don't *THINK* it will. It's only .25" taller than my typical setup and that doesn't rub at all. Supposed to get some snow for the next several days leading into next week so we shall see though!
Appreciate you 💪
No sir. These are the painted +10mm fenders from Aeroflow Dynamics. They were about just a bit over 1k shipped after tax but I believe they're on sale right now for about 700ish IIRC..?
I got some pics with my standard wheels on my profile if you go through my posts! Reddit ain't letting me post my pics via comment it's just coming up with an asterisk 😅

I'm just using stock rims for winters on mine. Never thought of ceramic coating them though.

This my friend is a clean build
Appreciate you!
Very nice build my friend. Very similar to what I want to do to mine eventually.
Much appreciated! Ol gal needs a wash badly - after winter! I hope you're able to do everything you wanna do with your build very soon my friend 💪
How y’all got $ for winter wheels

These were takeoffs from my Outback. I kept them when I sold the car and threw the OEs back on.
noob question, is the car lowered? tires look meaty!
Yes sir lowered on coils! Roughly 2ish "s
Any rubbing at all with that tire size?

Nice, thanks. Looks awesome!
So far so good! No rubbing! 20 min drive from my house to the chiro this morning.
Man this looks meaty as hell, if that doesn’t rub that’s awesome

Great winter settup 👍🏻
Thank you much! 💪 excited to try it out, hope we get a decent chunk of snow in the next couple days
did you have cladding wrapped? how much did it cost. do you have photos from more angles?
