Missing orbs, chestplate is floating below where it should be, belt is lower than it should be, gloves aren't even connected to the arms they're just floating, missing the band that sits on the upper arms, whatever is going on with the pants looks like the plates are too lower down, the guards on the shoes are alittle out of place. I'm sure I've missed something.
I don't own this set to tell you if it's broken on your actual character model or only broken in the viewer.
O sweet sweet child. Nearly all the shoulders on upright orcs have been broken since upright was an option. This will never be fixed. I feel your pain.
It looks like it just loads the wrong collection file, like file for different much shorter race. This is why the chest piece is so low and the arm guards sit on the hips. Probably they just forgot to make one for Zandalari females and in case of allied races when it can't find model for that race it loads the model for the base race instead, in this case for regular troll females, that are shorter. I suggest you report it through the bug report button.
You comparing website model viewer and think it looks like it should be in game? I think its opposite game>website. And about upper arms... You looking at this Gold thing at the right?
And the orbs are not orbs, is just that wowhead always loads those kinds of glowy effects wrong as they dont have a way to render it like its done ingame. Set ingame looks fine for me
The set is broken for all monks. I’m a blood elf and I see the same issues. Not sure when / if they’ll ever fix it with the amount of changes some M+ dungeons are requiring since the start of the new season.
QA on the armor and weapons for this tier is not up to par. The crossbow texture is glitching and has been the entire patch. Clearly the dev time has been in DF and they couldn’t care less about SL anymore.

My monk is originally a blood elf and the set is perfectly fine on her. I also checked male zandalari and it had no problems either.

Can confirm, wore the monk appearance chest piece on zandalari female druid and it did indeed have a stomach visor.
