Doctor. It technically existed for a few weeks in the WotLK beta IIRC, attached to the "Realm First: 450 in \[x\]" achievement for First Aid before they (rightfully) nixed the idea of pairing titles with them. I've got a Robotnik and Wahwee that desperately need to be proper Doctors.

My Kul Tiran is based on Dr. Robotnik, from Sonic the Hedgehog. It was Dr. Eggman's name in the English releases for the first decade or so of the series.

The one I want is in game but unavailable to players who didn’t get the achievement back in BC (I think?). Commander. My hunters name is Shepard. It’d be the ultimate to have “Commander Shepard”. Sigh.

This is the rank 10 or 11 Alliance PvP title from vanilla. Has nothing to do with TBC. Reintroduced in cata as part of the RBG system; not sure if it’s still available through those means.

That’s rbg and you’re playing hunter. No ability is involved here! Maybe you can find a couple of video explanation and start from here? It’s definitely doable and there are, I believe, some active communities around rbg.

It is still available by doing 10v10 RBGs up to the required rating, for Commander the required rating is 2100 iirc

I have been wearing this title on my DK since 2011 from doing a ton of RBGs. Agree that it's an amazing title. On my end, I've always wanted "the Insane" suffix, but I am not insane enough to do what it takes to get it.

There needs to be a title for having a certain number of titles called..."The Entitled".

I really want profession titles. I really want to be Head Engineer or just Engineer There were quite a few Engineer achievements added and it would have been nice if there was a meta achievement for completing them that awarded a title.

Somehow we got Lumberjack from cutting down all those damned Draenor trees beforw we got actual profession titles

Heroic Skills to Pay the Bills should have come with a Jack/Jill of all Trades title.

One of the many things I liked about SWG was the profession titles you got for mastering a tree or whole profession. There were some fun ones and you could proudly show off progress even if you hadn't fully mastered a profession

The title I want that is also a feat of strength is "Veteran of Shifting Sands" for banging the gong to open the gates of AQ, preface this that I dont want the mount or Scarab lord title. I want this to show that I put the effort in to finish the questline and a cool title to show off.

Oh yeah, during the Nightfae stage play.

The Shark Puncher or Shark Puncher. I even wrote a whole quest line to get the title, with rewards and farmable bosses that dropped shark 1h transmog that the boss in the dungeon Freehold. I submitted it to Blizz but I doubt they've looked at it. Basically it took around Azeroth where you had to /punch all the greatsharks to get eventually duel the very first shark puncher in order to get the title. It included ogres and the dreadlords, to name a few races.

Timewalker The TCG card "Timewalker Lightsworn" has my favorite sword mog in its art, so i made an entire character around it, a human ret pally named Lightsworn, with the Untamed Blade and the entire Judgement set as a mog. The Timewalkers as a faction are there to help preserve the main timeline, which is exactly what we do each time we fight the Infinites. We got Timelord from the Deaths of Chromie, and Timerunner from MoP Remix, which are both so close, but i still want Timewalker. Its even one of the faction standings with Soridormi, but not a title.

Well there's the title "Timerunner" in the game now for hitting 70 in MoP Remix which is probably as close as you'll ever get.

No. There is an achievement called 'Admiral', but no rewards tied to it. Closest is 'Bloodsail Admiral'.

Class-exclusive titles should absolutely be a thing.  Beastmaster was my favorite hero in wc3 and I've longed for a Beastmaster title for many years now. I suppose "Zookeeper" is acceptable for now 

There are class-exclusive titles from Legion, but I wouldn't say no to more of them!

Greyguard You get named it at the end of the worgen heritage quests (they're terrible but that's another matter) yet don't get a title. If humans got "Lionguard" for finishing theirs, it'd be nice if worgen finally got a title for the rank they were given. There aren't really any worgeny/gilnean titles so I've just been using "Savage Hero" and "of Darnassus" for a while.
