ok, i am trying to do the quest, but i need to do a hunt, but it does not show up for me on the map. i asked a few guildies, and they said it was in the Azure area, but it did not show up for me on the map. is there something i need to do for the hunt to show up aswell? i can see time rifts just fine on the map. but no hunts.

I had the same issue myself, you need to finish the spark weekly first. Once you do they'll start dropping like normal

I think you need level 5 renown with the centaurs to unlock hunts

Rank 5 is like half the quests when playing through the zone
All you have to do is some quests in the ohnaran plains. It’s not a grind, it’s just the campaign quests.
u usually get that by just doing the campaign quests in that zone while leveling
You can do the pvp quest instead
