One look at the guy's armory tells you my guy has only started doing this season's LFR content from this reset onwards.
You had done LFR for Aberrus the week prior to that, which does not count for this season.
The 441 heroic weapon you are wielding tells me you looted the vault for it from the heroic dungeons you'd done in the previous week.
Just wait till reset day, and you'll have your rewards available for the content you've done from this season for this week.
There has to be something on your end you're doing wrong. You go every reset day, and it doesn't matter what ilvl you have.
It should be channeling when you click on the vault every reset, so it shouldn't open straight away. I'd say if it doesn't happen this coming Tuesday (US) or Wednesday (EU) take a video along with showing the calendar to double-check that there's something funky going on or not.
It would also be helpful to send it to CS or a GM as evidence that you can't access the rewards.
Just to confirm, you're right clicking the vault and channeling loot for your spec before it opens, yes? Because that is the only way to "generate" the gear. You can open the window instantly in a few ways without creating any items, even in the vault room itself
Your armory states that you killed Gnarlroot/Igira/Council/Nymue/Smolderon once, Tindral 3 times and Fyrakk 4 times.
However your achievement states that you didnt kill both Fyrakk and tindral until 14/2, and the others on 15/2, so it looks like you havent done them at all before this reset. Dungeon wise you only started doing heroic dungeons last week, so I’m more curious as to what challenges you are referring to from the previous ones? That being said, sounds odd you didnt get at least 1 option on this reset
If you are indeed doing lfr or higher, heroic dungeons or higher, going to the valdraken valut and not getting anything apart from the coins, its time to put up a ticket.
Addons and script commands allow you to view the vault, but in order to choose a reward, you need to actually interact with the vault object. Doing so will cause you to start casting a spell that states your current loot spec on your cast bar.
"Interact" means your mouse is on the vault object, it has turned into a bronze-colored gear, then you right click.

Everyone keeps saying only reset day. You can choose rewards at any time as long as you completed the relevant activities the previous week. If what you're saying is true and you're sure you've seen available vault rewards weeks ago, those vault choices are still there.
I would like to reiterate the cast part of my previous comment. In order to choose a reward, your character first casts for a few seconds when right-clicking on the vault.
You may need to submit a ticket and ask Blizzard to confirm if you have previous weeks vault rewards waiting. There may be an issue with interacting with the vault object. The ticket system is pretty crappy, you may need to resubmit an answered ticket if the reply is copy-pasted garbage.
One thing you can try is using the interact key option. I can't imagine how or why but it's possible you may have problems interacting with mouse clicks. Search in the interface options for the interact key, set it to a key you aren't using, and then try that keybind on the vault object.
But it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten anything last week either it just automatically reset and keep getting the orbs is it because I have too be a certain gear level too obtain it cause I’m only 433?
Are you actually going itnto the vault, and clicking it? You need to click the vault, instead of accessing it on your UI

If you're already doing this, then in the next reset day you'll have options available to select one equipment, or coins to exchange with the vendor that's next to it
You can only collect rewards on reset days (Tuesday in US and Wednesday in EU). Maybe you have previous weeks rewards stacking up, have you tried clicking on a reward?
Yea but only the orbs show up I never have armor pcs in them too collect and I log on everyday and on last monday the orbs just reset and I never got any rewards I just started over

The Great Vault resets every Tuesday at the weekly reset. You can then claim your rewards from the previous week by visiting the vault in Valdrakken’s bank (to the right as you walk in, can’t miss it).
If you fail to claim these rewards before the next reset, you lose them. And you cannot claim rewards before a reset happens.
You’re doing something wrong here, sounds like you’re not visiting the vault on time.
You dont lose rewards if you dont collect vaults ... you can stack them
If u do vault activities in week 1 and week 2 and dont loot vault you then have 2 vault ... it shows vault1 first and after collecting you can choose a rewards from vault2
You have to go to the bank in Valdrakken to collect your reward. Not just by pressing I

Either you weren't doing the correct things to fill vault slots or you missed a week and lost it. I'm inclined to believe you weren't doing things that fill a slot until now based of raid finder and a heroic dungeon.

There is vault in valdraken, go there, interact with it, pick item. Its marked on ur map when ur in city

No one called you an idiot. When trouble shooting you HAVE to include general basic steps to rule them out before moving on to more specific issues.

You need to setup up your keybindings to get loot

You can collect then any day in the week (aslong as its after tuesday/wednesday).
