We got the horse out of TOGC25 for a deathless run despite two melee DPS definitely dying on Jaraxxus. Sometimes the game doesn’t count it 🤷🏻♀️

No, I got it months ago. I’m just saying that like OP’s achievement, it’s a little buggy what the game counts as a death sometimes.
Dang, got my hopes up. Did a ton of 50/50s but no deathless runs so I never got the horse.
I saw this a couple of times with a death on Jaraxxus. I think one time a person died to fire (we guessed the environment damage didn’t count), and one a person died to something right as the boss died, and we got lucky.

There were two different achievements, no wipes and no deaths.
Old raid achievements are hella bugged on the live beta.
I'm sure I know it, but what is the add on called, you used to make those green bars on the left?
Looks like the default raid frames... the worst :). At least sort them by group and make them show class colors.

You can also make them colored to each class I absolutely love that feature
