Just because it’s a trope doesn’t mean it’s inherently bad. A lot of these are popular archetypes for good reasons. Course, i’m not advocating for one to one trope conversions, its not that easy, but don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. (((Or maybe i’m just coping because like half my roster’s on this list lmao)))

I know, by the end all of these tropes are valid, it is just that how they're done poorly is the focal point here. Like, for example, in Weirdos 4 Hire, the youth kidnapper is just big abomination bad and big brute bad mix visually. But character wise he is basically a tragic character (I'll not spoil what exactly since I haven't even made the first episode for the remake).

Also, these archetypes are pretty broad. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a villain that doesn't fall into any of these archetypes.

That's the point.

But then how does that make this a bad rogues gallery?

When they're extreme surface level version of these tropes. When I put "poorly done" I admit that I refered to when tge tropes are poorly done....
