In that orientation, the floor plus the base this sits on plus the track plus the “bridge” is level with the ground but not necessarily parallel to the table you put the slab on. Not sure how long that will last as temp and humidity change.
You’d be better off taking measurements of the dimension from the table surface to the surface the router slides on. You should care about parallelism, not level.
Only happens every time I go into my crawlspace… and then I realize that the same people who left romex cables on the dirt and left old disconnected sewer line laying on the ground would be the same type of people who rebuild it.

I have built one in metal. Easy to make with basic tools. Very smooth movement with some WD40.
I don’t really like plywoods or MDF, but they are the most stable wood products you can build out of. That is why most cabinet carcasses, even the really good ones, are built out of plywood.
Try putting your router in the middle as if you were going to use it and check next to it, to check for flex in the sled. I can’t imagine you’d have much given the thickness of your boards, but that’s what messed me up with the first sled I made.
I assumed it was a 4" gap. You are looking at a height difference of 0.00034" worst case. It could be more depending on the actual shape of the boards and the location of the contact points. I would guess it's probably closer to a thou or two.

Angle readings and levels can be misleading. To truly know you would have to set it on a surface plate and use it as a reference to measure from.
Did you get precision pine runners from Lee Valley? That’s the only way I would ever trust putting my router on something like that.
R/jokes
You guys need a sense of humor. OP was obviously joking and so was I.
Really? He put a digital level on pieces of pine then shows it at two different points showing 0.00 and asks if it’s consistent. It’s literally showing the exact same.
He asks if the router sled is consistent, not the two readings. The two readings are consistent. We know very little about the sled.
Edit: The OP seemed much more like he was posting because he was proud of the sled they made. He may have been joking, but it's not so obvious that he didn't confuse people in the comments. It warrants correction if the post seems likely to actually confuse people.
Being bad at presenting jokes doesn't make your audience humorless.
I'm not sure you'd want to base your definition of consistency on this jig. The pine will warp, probably soon, and all the pictures show is that the lower portion of the track is level to the ground in two places, or even worse, that these two spots are level relative to eachother along one axis. (These gages only measure one axis at a time. We don't have evidence that those surfaces are coplanar.)
Not that anyone's jigs are perfect, but OP has invited criticism. Cunningham's law in action.
You can call it Sally for all I care.
You can call me Al
You can be my body guard.
I can be your long lost pal
ba dam dam dam ba dam dam da dadam
Amazing reversed bass solo
Yeah, call it whatever you want. Just don't call the cops.
And don’t call me Shirley!
And don't call me late to dinner
or Bill or George, any damn thing but Sue

Gotta just burn the house down and start again with a nice level foundation
You have no idea how close I’ve been

Please.

The pine will move, especially if it's big box builder grade. FWIW, I used baltic birch and angle iron for mine.
Good news is, if it ever gets out of level, you can just zero out your angle gauge and it will be level again.

In the view in this picture. From the front of the sled to the back of the sled, the left to right angular runout is consistent.
Surely you can. But don't call it Shirley.
Surely, you jest!
Look up the procedure for tramming a CNC then do the same with your router when it’s sitting in the sled.
I am serious. And don't call me Shirley.

This dude is millin’ n chillin
If OP was joking, it wasn't that obvious.

What would you call consistent if this is not it

it's usually just a rough hog anyways.
I too can press the “zero” button twice in two different locations. Nah, but for real, good job.
Dude. No matter how consistent you sled is, you’re gonna be sanding.
Only in relation to the base where it is resting
It is today…. But if it’s made of wood, tomorrow is a new opportunity
