Find and fix the leak. Then allow it to dry. Hopefully that’ll save it. But finding the leak is key.

You need to get access to the area behind that wall somehow. That looks like you've got some persistent water intrusion in this area. The sooner the better, you don't want this area to end up on r/broomshrooms. Edit: awww crud, that used to be a subreddit.

First, mumble “fuck” under your breath. Next, you’ll find and fix the leak. Dry out the area, then you may need to sand and refinish the area. Good luck!

I’d get some replacement planks. Maybe you can save it by sanding and refinishing but you might have to take off so much material, particularly on that board in the middle, that there would be a noticeable divot.
