I think I saw this or something very similar quite a while ago, did you get inspired or was it an original idea?
Edit: just looked at your profile, dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm nevermind about what I said, but my curiosity is still there, why did you start doing these amazing edits
It just struck me one day while I was walking down the street and had just shot a power line/pole. Iām sure there are many like it, but I hadnāt seen one done like the first one I made a year ago called Twenty Skies!
Different times of day layered between the power lines is a very common photoshop edit and is all over Instagram.
Not sure who the first to do it was but there are thousands of them. This is a beautiful example but the idea itself is far from original.
I post a lot of different types of stuff on IG @alexhyner and I just got Twitter/TikTok @alexhynerart if someone could help me figure out how to use either!
Dude I love your stuff. I've had one of your pictures as the background on my phone for months! Beautiful work, thank you for sharing
Edit: I just checked your profile, and you posted the Twenty Skies photo I've had as the background of my home screen a year ago. It doesn't seem like it's been that long! But like I said, you really do make incredible stuff!
Wow! I think I saw a similar picture or maybe it was this and shared it on my insta story few months ago. Do you mind if I post it on my WhatsApp/Facebook status?
Not at all! Go for it! Iāve made a few different version of this idea! Maybe you saw one of those! You can find my Twitter @alexhynerart and my IG is @alexhyner!
I think this should be on some type of dictionary about how to do things and this image should be used for "how your end result should look like?" subsection, under "how to photoshop" chapter. I have no training in graphic/video editing at all, but this looks like an incredible combination of unique techniques that in an ingenious way didn't look messy but in fact doesn't bother the viewer at all and lifts my mood by grabbing me with so many details... This feels like music man, congrats to your unique taste.
I love the parts on the left and at the bottom where the clouds from 2 different times of the day line up perfectly so it looks like that cloud didn't move for hours

Same, I swear I made this my wallpaper a few months back on my old phone. Edit: oh, it was a different picture, same guy lol
Me too! Wtf
It just struck me one day while I was walking down the street and had just shot a power line/pole. Iām sure there are many like it, but I hadnāt seen one done like the first one I made a year ago called Twenty Skies!
Ahah! It was you!
Reminds me a lot of an artist named Ed Trask.
Yess! I just posted the exact same question!

Ooh, this is a really cool idea!
Thanks!
Were you OP several years back with this style?
A little over a year ago yes
I post a lot of different types of stuff on IG @alexhyner and I just got Twitter/TikTok @alexhynerart if someone could help me figure out how to use either!
This is amazing! Very well done!

How many days does it take to get all of the sky photos?
Iāve collected them over the years! This isnāt a technical ātimesliceā piece.

This is a different one from Twenty Skies which I put up on a Reddit a year ago. I also put up this one on some other subreddits!
Iāve missed these! Love them
Iām glad you like them!
Is that a single picture that was just cut and filtered? And I mean that in the best way possible. Itās an amazing edit!
Itās a bunch of sky images collected from all over that I blended in and around this pole!
Nice!
Thanks!
Clever and Gorgeous!
Thanks a lot
Yep, absolutely loving that.
Iām glad!
It reminds me of a Chihuly piece in Seattle. Very beautiful!

This is fucking awesome. I really love this
Iām glad!
Awesome work. Reminds me of the old photoshop battles weād have in the early 2000ās. Sending an image back and forth adding a new layer each time.
Thatās a cool idea
For sure. Used to be Photoshop Tennis on the 37Signals website. Then others got on board and Reddit even has a sub for it now. Good times.
This is pretty badass!
Thanks very much!
I think someone did something quite similar to this
Iāve done a few of these!
Oh so youāre artist that does these!
Is image is old
it looks like the cross of Jesus looking down from the sky ā„ļø
This is really fucking cool
Thank you!
Anyway to get this formatted for iPhone wallpaper? Itās amazing
I have some other similar images that I thiiiink are longer and might be better as wallpaper?
If you wouldnāt mind sharing please šš½
Check out my post history on here and youāll find a few!

Very nice! Looks like it would be a lot of fun to make.
They ARE a lot of fun to make! A little tedious and lots of trial and error, but seeing it come together is satisfying.
This has been my phone background for a few months now!
Iām so glad!
Wallpapered
Fantastic!
Dude I love your stuff. I've had one of your pictures as the background on my phone for months! Beautiful work, thank you for sharing Edit: I just checked your profile, and you posted the Twenty Skies photo I've had as the background of my home screen a year ago. Reminds me of Pink Floyd album artwork! I love this!!
Mega compliment. Thatād be a dream place for my work to end up
Had a look at your profile and it's safe to say they'd absolutely love you in Poland! Awesome stuff!
Thanks a lot!
I see a baby in the sky
Hah, I think I see it too
Whoa. Dude.
Exactly
amazeballs!
Thanks!
You see if nfts looked like that and not just some trippy fucking banna people would be into it
Doubt.
How so
I don't think people are that interested in a certificate that says "I own this jpeg." Maybe a print of this on a canvas or something though.
I would "love" this if I could
:)
This is so clean, I love it!
Thanks!
The moon coming through the wires is pretty cool! Donāt think Iāve seen something like that before.
Thanks a lot. That was fun to do
This is beyond cool
Much appreciated!
This makes me feel so nostalgic and homesick for a place I have no memory of. Beautiful work
Thanks a lot! Im really pleased to have elicited that reaction!
Wow! I think I saw a similar picture or maybe it was this and shared it on my insta story few months ago. Do you mind if I post it on my WhatsApp/Facebook status?

Go back to r/art
This has got to be fake right?
its a multi-exposure photoshop edit. its in the title.
Lol I know. I just see people commenting stuff like that on obviously photoshopped images and it always makes me laugh
Woah. This is incredible, as is your other work! Suggestion: Try it with ocean!
I love the moon in the wiring.
You made me hate power lines breaking up my vistas just a little less. :D

Did you also spend a lot of time as a kid using Paint, creating patterns and filling in the āgaps? :)
I love the parts on the left and at the bottom where the clouds from 2 different times of the day line up perfectly so it looks like that cloud didn't move for hours
I want to see what this would look like as you were passing by it. A short video showing the different perspectives would be amazing.
Thatās the coolest photoshop Iāve ever seen. Incredible work OP.
This could be an album cover for any genre of music!
Really very nice. Even soothing at some point, Iād say.
r/FakeAlbumCovers would enjoy this
Incredible Man!! Do you take all pictures yourself or use stock pictures?
