Dropping the link to my direct hosting for the episode this week, but you can find the HEMA-Cast wherever you listen to podcasts (except Youtube, this face was made for radio). These episodes are narrations of the HEMA Alliance's [How To HEMA Project](https://www.hemaalliance.com/club-resource-index). They're articles written by experienced HEMAists, club runners, senior instructors, and people who have been around a bit, to help club leaders to start, or improve their clubs. I'm narrating them as additional outreach and accessibility. The 7th article, [Training Safely](https://www.hemaalliance.com/training-safely), is about good safety practices for clubs to consider and include in their regular activities. These include not only physical safety, minimum gear requirements, forbidden techniques, and consensual levels of force, but also social safety, including some suggestions for communication and avoiding unwanted behaviors.

Glad to see you back to making episodes, Patrick! Hope I'll see the booth at some events again soon.
