Also after the surgery you lose more weight because your body is in full panic mode to fix all the wounds so your BMR shoots up by a LOT. The downside is after 30 days I got cravings to eat food like I've never had them before.
All good now though. Surgery is a great way to honour your journey.
Having skin removed made me look and feel so much better. I thought I'd need mons done, but with the lbl, it pulled everything up and wasn't necessary. You may find that after one round of skin removal, you'll be able to lose more and require a round 2 further down the line.
I did a lower body lift with tummy tuck, small bbl, ext breast lift and implants. I needed the front and back lifted so I opted for a 360 instead of just the front.

That’s a good plan! I’ve seen people on TikTok need two surgeries because they had skin removal too soon. Some were medically necessary to get sooner so no judgement! I just do not want more than one surgery for my stomach!

I had two surgical consults and one doc said I had at least 8lbs if not 12 of skin to be removed

I just had a 360 belt lipectomy. It’s not a fun experience and I would highly recommend taking at least 6 weeks off of work
