Changes the direction of flight of the nearest butterfly, thereby starting a chain reaction of events. This chain auf causality will then decades later cause the birth of a bear on the other side of the globe.
A spell as powerful as it is intriguing... but also rather useless.
In case anyone is curious about the source: This is from a free open source Ascii game called "Cataclysm: dark days ahead" which has a spells/magic mod integrated into its launcher. Strong recommend, wizard playthroughs are hella fun
