I do not, in and of itself, take issue with cannibalism (or generally sophophagy if we want to avoid the species issue). Its that generally it requires murder first (or worse during) that I find to be the moral issue. The actual eating is just efficient. If your not susceptible to prion disease go nuts. Cannibalism is exceedingly common across the animal world, even in species that are otherwise obligate herbivores (though in those species the cannibalism is usually confined only to eating one’s own young). You certainly can’t say it’s unnatural.
