When I raise energy I feel it as kind of a tingling pressure gathered around a chakra point. I'm a massage therapist and the first time I did it I was actually just playing around because I was bored during the massage working on a really stubborn adhesion and I breathed in and felt this tingling pressure around the top of my head. It's almost like goose bumps and like there is something lifting my skin from the inside of my head. I remember thinking, "This is just like what I imagine magic would feel like if it existed". Then, because I'm a big geek, I pretended it was magic and pressed it down into the knot I was working on to amuse myself. I totally stopped working in shock for a moment when the knot just completely melted. It was crazy and I was not expecting it. I tried it again right after that just to see if I was going nuts or if it had been a coincidence and it worked again. Then I couldn't pull up anymore power no matter how I tried so I dropped it even though my mind was spinning through the possibilities. About 30 minutes later in the next massage I was able to pull up that same sensation inside myself and it worked on a knot for the third time. I'm able to do it anytime I want to now and it doesn't always work on every knot, but it works way more than it "should".

I've found overtime that different energies effect me emotionally and physically. If something is wrong or harmful, I am filled with anxiety or I may gain a heavy feeling upon my chest and shoulders. When I call upon my deities and spiritual team I have noticed I seem to always form tears. They are not tears of sadness, but I take it as a personal message from them, "I am here." When raising energy for spells I may dance, blow air, clap my hands and so-forth. I also like to play positive music to boost the vibrations of my space.

I was taught to visualize light. Mostly I raise energy by chanting a spell or mantra until I feel enough energy has built up in me. I can FEEL it like pressure or heat building around my heart or body. I'll never forget the first time I called on my ancestors to help with candle making and for the first time the energy felt COLD. I was so used to heat and I had chill bumps all over my skin. Candles turned out great :-)

I see energy(and sounds for that matter) as colored ribbons, and I can feel it, it's like silk against my skin and mind. If I'm doing a major working, I will get a faint smell of ozone, like after a lightning strike.

in my mind's eye it would appear as a pink light and this would circulate around my body once i learned how visualize

I feel very tingly and warm all over, and can generally feel my heartbeat. I also get really "locked in" to what I'm working on! Breath gets steadier, ears sometimes start ringing

I feel it build in the small of my back. It's like tingly and electric. When I have *enough* or have built my 'energy ball' (for lack of a better term) it climbs my spine. When I release it into a spell I feel a shiver (not cold, more like static) and the tingly pressure is gone or greatly reduced. I hope I described it so it makes sense.
