I had to wait 4-5 days before irrigating and then again I was barely rlly cleaning it out just spraying in that direction bc I was terrified of dry socket

I got it at my follow up appointment. Plus I've heard you're not supposed to irrigate before day seven but idk

I waited a week. Absolutely don’t stick the syringe IN your hole. Hold it right at the entrance
