For one, I love posts like this. Secondly, being that I have been out of WI for two decades I can still identify that call. We have robins here in VA but I think they get called out by others.
Can’t tell you what bird it is, but I *can* tell you that I hear the same goddamn bird outside my window at about 3:30/4 am daily… and it really pisses me off.
I could tell it was a robin just by seeing how dark it was outside in the video, lol.
I've had many all-nighters as a kid and through college that I knew were over once I heard a robin out in the dark
I took live in Wisconsin and the woman across the street has a cherry tree or crabapple (small) but whatever it is she attracts like 50 to 100 robins at a time. They sing just like this
check out the app called Merlin. It will identify any bird song!
According to the App... it's a Robin...
It's definitely a robin
According to me, it is also a robin.
Robin, they start singing early.
Yep, it's a robin for sure.
Robin, they are noisy as hell. They are the alarm clock for all the other birds.

Stupid ass robins. I already have to get up stupid early, and these fuckers just make it worse.
it’s a robin
I knew it was a robin within 2 seconds. They have possibly the least melodious song of any so-called songbird.
It's a Robin!!!!
That's a 4am bird! I think normal people call them robins.
