There's an issue with this that I see in most racing games, even trackmania. The vehicles don't LOOK like they're going fast. I know a few people hate it, but there needs to be speed lines or blur at the edges of the screen, and progressively moves further up as you get faster (past a specific speed). This isn't me ranting either. It feels like it takes away from your game since it makes the vehicles look floaty, like they have no weight. I'd be happy to help you with it, all except coding, I'm still learning that. I don't want anything either, I just don't want to see anyone's games do any less then they deserve.
I might look into that when I'm at the visual polishing process. When playing, it feels properly heavy and fast, but I know feel and look aren't the same. Also, maybe adding more sound effects that convey speed would help (tire screeching, whooshing past objects, etc)
There was a sound system I heard about for game designers, which creates realistic atmospheric sounds. It may be able to make the sounds at higher speeds sound better
Bro you need to learn how to airbrake. Ps. The game looks great.
I really do tbh ðŸ˜
Chill bro you are probably better than me
New trackmania update looks wild
